Your inquiry.

When you submit the intake form, Malik Stafford receives your name, email, business name, optional website, selected area of interest, and description. The site records your contact permission and submission time.

How it is used

Your details are stored in the site’s private database so Malik can review your needs and contact you about this inquiry. Submitting does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. The public cannot browse submissions.

Technical information

The form uses a daily hash derived from your network address to help limit repeated submissions. This hash is stored with the inquiry; the application does not store the original address in its lead records. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate the site.

Your choices

Include only information relevant to your business inquiry. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, or your customers’ personal records. To request deletion or ask about your inquiry, email malikstafford@gmail.com.
